Reverb
EffectsreverbVery heavy CPU
Stereo plate (ReverbSc). Big buffer — one instance per patch.
What it does
Stereo Costello/Soundpipe plate reverb (ReverbSc).
Allocates a ~386 KB feedback delay buffer in AXI SRAM. Stereo in / stereo out.
Parameters
-
Feedback (tail)
feedbackReverb time — how much of the tail is recirculated. 0.5 is a small room, 0.85 a large hall, and 1.0 never decays at all (useful as a freeze, but it will keep building if you feed it).
-
LP Freq (Hz)
lpFreqDamping: a lowpass inside the feedback loop, so each pass through the tail loses more high end. Lower it for a darker, more absorbent-sounding space. Only values below half the sample rate are meaningful (24 kHz at 48 kHz).
Stereo plate (Costello/Soundpipe port). Feedback → 1 = infinite tail. Internal buffer is ~386 KB — one Reverb per patch fits comfortably; two will likely overflow AXI SRAM.
